Who we are looking for
Whether you are an experienced care professional or someone ready to build a rewarding career in care, we want to hear from you. We recruit for both live-in and domiciliary roles, and we particularly welcome applicants with clinical skills, specialist qualifications, and a genuine passion for supporting people to live well at home.
Live-in Carer
You will live with a client in their own home, providing round-the-clock companionship and practical support. You will assist with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, housekeeping, and community activities — becoming a trusted, consistent presence in their daily life.
- Compassionate, patient and reliable
- Comfortable living in a client's home
- Experience in personal care and daily living support
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Flexible and adaptable to changing routines
Domiciliary Carer
You will visit clients in their own homes, delivering scheduled care calls across the Gwent region. Visits may include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, and wellbeing checks. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is strongly preferred for this role.
- Organised, punctual and dependable
- Confident working across multiple clients
- Experience in personal care and community support
- Driving licence and own vehicle preferred
- Good communication and record-keeping skills
